HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

To make your order live we require a 50% deposit. We accept card payments either in person or over the phone.

We also accept cash or bank transfer.​ 

The balance of your order is due once your building goes into production.



DO YOU OFFER SITE SURVEYS?

Yes - if you're local to us in Retford (within a 10 mile radius), we'll visit free of charge to assess your space and

discuss your exact requirements. 

If you're further afield, there is a one off fee of £300.00 - half of which is deductible if you place your order with us. 



WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver across the whole of England, Wales, and mainland Scotland.  The cost for delivery depends on your location.



DO YOU OFFER AN ASSEMBLY SERVICE?

Yes we do! Prior to us delivering and assembling your building, there will need to be a suitable, level base in situ.

​The cost for assembly depends on the size and style of your building.



WHAT BASE DO I NEED?

The base for your building needs to be flat, level and sturdy - a great example is concrete slabs or decking.

​As a general rule, we advise that the base doesn't butt directly up to a border i.e. a fence, and is at least 6" larger than each dimension

of your building footprint to account for roof overhang and maintenance.

For example, if your building is 8ft x 6ft, we advise that the base is at least 8ft 6" x 6ft 6". 



WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

As standard, we use pressure treated framing and matchboard.  This protects against rot and woodworm for a minimum of ten years.

We specifically use a narrower board with an extended tongue and groove to ensure a tighter fit and reduce shrinkage.

​Our mesh is prime galvanised (not Chinese) so no snagging or uneven lines.



WILL YOU DISMANTLE MY OLD BUILDING?

Yes, we offer a dismantling service, the cost for which depends on the size of your building. 

Ordinarily, we leave the dismantled building on your premises for you or a third party to remove. 

At our discretion, we may offer to dispose.



WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

At present, Covid has presented many delays across the nation in terms of obtaining materials in a timely manner.

As a result, our current lead time is approximately 12-16 weeks from receipt of deposit.

We're hoping to improve on this very soon.



WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order, we can issue a full refund of your

deposit providing your building hasn't yet gone into production.​

If we have begun production we will reduce the amount refundable taking into account materials already used.
